Future projects

There’s a lot we are interested in pursuing as our team grows… here are a few of our current ideas:

• Gardening workshops in conjunction with St Mark’s Anglican Church and their Garden Club
• Repair cafe to give old appliances a second life
• Garden tool library to enable people to share items rather than buying new
• Sewing circles (such as the Boomerang Bag initiative that used to run in Pottsville)
• Bike expo to learn to ride, buy second hand bikes, have your bike serviced
• Nature workshops to get people out in our beautiful local natural environment
• Energy reduction workshops or initiatives

We welcome any ideas that enhance our local natural environment or build community resilience.
